Zenzefi Certificates — After-Sales PKCS#12 bundle for XENTRY / Passthru connectivity

Install the 12.2025 Zenzefi PKCS#12 certificates to restore XENTRY after-sales online services.

What it is
Zenzefi Certificates 12.2025 is a current PKCS#12 (.P12) bundle used by Daimler/Mercedes after-sales
applications (e.g., XENTRY OpenShell / XENTRY Passthru, online add-ons, content delivery). Installing
the pack refreshes expiring client and intermediate certs so the apps can establish secure TLS sessions
with backend services.

Glad to hear it's working for you.

Just to clarify for anyone else wondering about the password prompt:

  • If you try to install the .p12 file by double-clicking it in Windows Explorer, Windows will ask for a password. Do not do this.
  • You must use the ZenZefi-UI tool as described above. Click Import inside the application, and it will handle the certificate bundle without requiring you to input a password manually.

If the certificate doesn't appear active immediately after importing, try restarting the ZenZefi Backend Service in Windows Services (services.msc) or simply reboot your laptop.
