Found it — the key in your screenshot is not the one I posted. Look at the License key box in your image, it starts with:

ACsxZTQwNmY2MjU1YjExMjY2YWM2ZmJiND... and continues with different characters than my post. You pasted an old/wrong key.HWID in the box is correct: 1E40-6F62-55B1-1266-AC6F-BB48-0140-5CCA-58
Do this exactly:
- Clear the License key field completely.
- Copy this key straight from my post (not from the screenshot):

- Make sure the trailing = and any _ characters are included — those get lost easily on copy.
If it still loops back to the registration window on OK after a clean paste, confirm one thing for me: is the HWID box showing the exact same
1E40-...-58 each time you reopen the tool, or does it change? On a VMware machine the HWID can shift if the VM config/MAC changes between boots, and that would kill any key tied to the old HWID.Post #204

Now I can see the real problem in your first screenshot. The HWID and name are right, but the key you pasted is still the wrong one — it reads:
ACsxZTQwNmY2MjU1YjExMjY2YWM2ZmJiNDgwMTQwNWNjYXxzYW1wZXmb3JtMEUCIQCWLNj_aVvMn9ly...
Look closely at the middle: yours has gwMTQwNWNjYXxzYW1w where my posted key has gwMTQwNWNjYXxzYW1wZXJmb3Jt. A chunk got altered/dropped, so the signature no longer matches the HWID and the tool just wipes both fields on OK (your blank second screenshot). No error text = signature check failed silently, exactly this.
Do it this way so nothing gets mangled:
- Click Cancel, reopen the License window so both fields are empty (like your second screenshot).
- Do not type or fix characters by hand. Select my whole key with a triple-click on the line, Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V into the field.
- The key must start with ACsxZTQwNmY2 and end with ...lpS3bl4= including the =.
- Registration name: samperform
The clean key again, single line:

If it keeps failing, try typing the key into Notepad inside the VM first via a shared file, then copy locally inside the guest. Confirm the pasted string is exactly 172 characters ending in = and it should take.
