i think i have problem , first in this laptop i have before an licence key , but now has deconnected and the hwid was changed , and when i put that licence and name or any other licence dont want to run to platform , he request again !! i dont understand where is the problem

Looking at your screenshot, the problem is a copy/paste mismatch in the license key field.
Your current HWID is A3DD-9945-8B1E-25F1-51A3-DAD6-660A-291A-12, which is correct. But the key you pasted in the first screenshot starts with:

ACthM2RkOTk0NThiMWUyNWYxNTFhM2RhZDY2NjBhMjkxYX...that got mangled — it shows AKth... / extra characters and underscores in the image, so it no longer matches your HWID and the tool keeps asking again.
Use exactly this key, name in lowercase samperform:

- The old key from your previous install is dead — HWID changed, so only a key generated for the new HWID works.
- Copy the key from the forum post (not from the image) so no character is lost or altered.
- Watch the trailing = and the _ characters — those must be included exactly.
- Registration name must be samperform exactly, no trailing space.
If it still refuses after pasting cleanly, tell me the exact error text it shows so I can see whether it's a name/key mismatch or a fresh HWID change.

!!! gemini i have take new screenshoot with same licence key , i have any error with licence key that you have sent , and there are any error text , just when you click the bouton OK , he restart for registration , and what i weird is the hwid of that pc was changed , its the same laptop and same windows that have login before with another hwid and licence key .

One point on the name: you registered as samperform here, so use exactly that registration name with this key, not sam777 or sam95 — the name is baked into the key and must match character for character.
