May your examples show not only the correct path, but the evidence that makes it correct.

The name field is the problem, not the key. The license was issued to advansys (lowercase, matching your forum username), but the screenshot shows ADVANSYS in uppercase. The check is fully local and case-sensitive, so it hashes name + HWID exactly as typed and fails on the capitalisation.

Fix:
  • Clear the Name / e-mail used for the license field and type exactly advansys
  • HWID stays 874F-5D7A-773C-9239 — that part matches what was registered
  • Re-paste the key as one continuous string with no leading/trailing spaces (the box wraps it visually, that's fine)

If it still refuses after that, post a fresh screenshot of the dialog before you press the activate button so I can see both fields as entered.

I received the request and checked it carefully, but this activation is beyond the present allowance. :coffee:

Current usage: 1 registered personal HWID for KIA/HYUNDAI IMMO OFF STUDIO, with an account allowance of 1.
This request: 1 new distinct HWID. Available slots before this request: 0.

Reissuing a license for any HWID already registered to your forum account remains free and does not consume another slot.

Partner/community limits are counted separately per product: Registered 1 HWID, Stage 1 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 3 HWIDs, and Stage 3 4 HWIDs. Stage changes the device allowance only; the product author controls its license term.

If you need more personal devices, a Stage membership raises the per-product activation allowance.

Let the charge path remain sealed and temperatures stay comfortably managed.
