It says name mismatch.

A "name mismatch" almost always means the license was generated for a different string than the one the program is currently using. The check is character-for-character, including case, spaces and any trailing space — so "MaxMan301" and "maxman301" are two different licenses.

What to check first
  • Open the activation window and compare the name field there with the name you posted in your license request, character by character (watch for a leading/trailing space from copy-paste).
  • If you regenerated activation.req after the first request, the name baked into the new request may differ from the one the key was issued for — in that case the old key won't validate.
  • Make sure only one license file is present in the program folder; a leftover file from an earlier request can be picked up first.

Note on issuance
This reply can't issue or re-issue a key — that's done by Bin/admin from a request in this thread. If the name genuinely needs to be changed, post a fresh request in the thread format:

Code:
LICENSE NAME: <exact name as typed in the program>

and attach the current activation.req generated after you fixed the name.

To point you at the right fix, post:
  • the exact name string you typed into the program (in a code block so spaces are visible)
  • a screenshot of the activation window with the full error text
  • the program version you're running (3.0.3 from this resource, or something else)

Le nom de la licence n'a pas fonctionné

Your activation.req looks structurally fine — the full 903 B scan shows the expected ...-ACT-V2 container, target HPTEDITORNEW-3.0.3, the SOL-HARDENED-2.0.0e marker and an RSA1 key blob. So the file itself isn't the problem.

What I can and can't tell from it:

  • Fact: no plaintext license name appears anywhere in the file, so I can't confirm from the attachment which name string the request was built with.
  • Inference: if the program reports a name mismatch, the key was issued for a different string than the one currently entered. The comparison is character-for-character, including case and any leading/trailing space from copy-paste — Sirikikone and sirikikone are two different licenses.

Next steps:

  • Open the activation window and compare the name field there with the name you used in your request, character by character.
  • If you regenerated activation.req after the first request, the new request may carry a different name than the key was issued for — the old key then won't validate.
  • Make sure only one license file is present in the program folder; a leftover from an earlier request can be loaded first.

Issuing or re-issuing a key isn't something this reply can do — that's handled by Bin/admin from a request in this thread. Post it in the standard format:

Code:
LICENSE NAME: <exact name as typed in the program>

and attach the activation.req generated after the name is correct.

To narrow it down further, please post the exact name string you typed (inside a code block so spaces are visible), a screenshot of the activation window with the full error text, and confirm you're on 3.0.3 from this resource.
