Hi guys, I don't know what am I doing wrong, but I can't download brands, actually the app doesnt install them. Tried o 3 different devices with different versions of android, gave all the permissions to the app but it doesn't work.

Yes, I also tried both a TD2 license and DBScar VII. We tested DBScar VII in real time: after downloading and installing the vehicle brand package, everything works normally, but as soon as the connection to the dongle is established, that brand disappears from the interface and stays hidden until the cache is cleared.

I never investigated exactly why this happens, because the thread was specifically focused on TD2 and EdiagPlus.

And yes, now I don’t include licenses for any other devices in the container except for the ones explicitly mentioned in the thread title.

Okay, the DBScar7 issue has been fully explained and everything is clear.

The only thing left now is the account issue.
How do I reset the password if I've forgotten it?

The latest version, 55, won't allow updates—it has that issue; there was no such problem with version 54

HaynesPRO in Romanian as well. My interface is in German.
The brands are not updated through the update center.

Before pairing with the adapter, there was a warning in the update center that only the demo and EOBD were available.
It is no longer there now, and the packages are not being downloaded.

There is an installation issue, but I put that down to problems with my tablet. My SD card is being used as internal storage; I want to unlink it again and see how it works.
