That error means the LICENSE NAME currently entered in HPT-MMOQRY is not byte-identical to the name your license.lic was issued against — the check is exact, so case, spacing, trailing spaces and any accented/special characters all matter.

Things to check on your side first:

• Re-type the license name manually instead of pasting (paste often carries a trailing space or a non-ASCII character).
• Confirm it matches exactly the name you posted together with your activation.req — same capitalisation, no extra spaces.
• If you regenerated activation.req after receiving the license, the old license.lic will no longer match; the license has to be reissued for the new request.
• Make sure you are importing the newest license.lic and not an older copy still sitting in the program folder.

If the name is definitely identical and it still fails, the license has to be reissued — that is an admin action I cannot perform from here. Post a new activation.req in this thread with the exact LICENSE NAME written out in plain text and ask Bin to reissue (do not post the license.lic itself publicly).

To narrow it down, tell me: the exact license name string you are entering, whether you generated the request more than once, and a screenshot of the error dialog.
