I cannot get this to work at all I've tried every way possible I try putting a different folders I made a progress using this versus another copy that I had that didn't work in any way shape or form but it tries to do something and it locks up at a certain point but it doesn't do anything also you need to clear it of that synaptics virus that's on there because every time I opened I had to clear out the virus and then remove the virus from the file so you need to reupload the file without that virus on there you have to have TLC and DPS connected I just can't figure out how to make it work and I said there's no instructions at all there's no documentation there's nothing that tells you what to do so can somebody give me some insight on how to use this thing
