PIWIS Diagnostic for Porsche with VAS6154 J2534
ACTIVATION
Make sure Piwis is closed. If it is open, right-click the taskbar and launch Task Manager. Select co.porsche.piwis.shell and end the task.
Run services.msc (press Win + R or right-click on the Start menu - Run and type services.msc in the search box). If the AdminService service is running, stop it.
Run the kеуg** (PT3Gkg.exe) and leave it open.
Run the command line (press Win + R or right-click on the Start menu - Run, enter cmd in the search field). In the command line, enter: "wmic bios get serialnumber" (without quotes). You will receive a serial number.
Enter the serial number in kеуg**. Enter the country in kеуg** (choose from the list). Change the expiration date to 01/01/2030. The dealer number is not important, but you can enter it if you know it (7-digit number). UK=9210000, DE=0010000, USA=4500000, IT=7840000, FR=9200000, alternatively use any 7-digit number. Leave the Challenge field blank for now.
Run services.msc. Change the AdminService startup to automatic and click Apply. Click the Start button to start the service.
Launch Piwis3. Go to "Imprint and certification". Enter random numbers in the license key fields. Check the Accept box and click "Activate license". The message Invalid will appear. Repeat the click until "Request key" is reset, and the "Create key" button should become active - click on it.
Place your mouse at the bottom of the screen and open kеуg**. Enter the request key in the Request Key field and click Create.

Now open regedit (press Win + R or right-click on the Start menu - Run, enter regedit in the search field)
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PIWIS\License find ChallengeKey and enter the new request key from PIWIS, then go to LicenseKey and copy and paste the key from the key generator.

Enter the license key in Piwis. Check the "Accept" box and click "Activate license". If successful, you should receive a reboot message. Click OK.
Run services.msc. Change the AdminService startup to Disabled and click Apply. Click the Stop button to stop the service. After that, you can run the activated Piwis.
