I hope someone can help, I got this weird issues 11 750LI. Intermittently popup Trans Malfunction the gear shift went to limp mode. This is how to resolved full stop turn off engine, turn back on everything go back to normal drive mode. I diagnostic & test procedure with ISTA+ was able to clear and reset. The same issues happening again few weeks or months later. ISTA+ kept showing permanent ASE code, and no matter what I do the code is still there permanently 400626 short circuit to ground or open circuit low voltage. I did changed new AGM battery with model specs, check all fuses all in good terms. If the car not throw me to limp mode, the car run flawlessly and smooth like new. Someone from bimmerscene suggest to E-sys coded I did try, but nothing changed. Other suggested to remove the Turbine Speed Sensor for third party to replace the turbine speed sensor, this is the last thing i would want to removed the entire trans just for that. Hope someone can shed some lights and remove this permanent code or fixed the issues. Thanks
