Usually on forums, you can contact a member by clicking on their username and selecting Start Conversation or Send Private Message (depending on your user level permissions).
However, since you are a beginner looking to learn WinOLS, I strongly suggest you keep the discussion public in this thread. If you take the conversation to private messages, nobody else can correct mistakes or add extra info, and other beginners won't learn from your questions.
To get started properly, do this:
Find a simple, well-documented ECU dump to practice on. I recommend an older VAG EDC15 or EDC16 (1.9 TDI). These are the easiest to learn the logic of maps, axes, and factors.
Upload the Original File (.bin/.ori) here in a zip archive.
Post a screenshot of a map you found and ask specific questions like "Is this the Driver's Wish?" or "What factor do I need for this axis?"
That is the fastest way to learn. If you just ask for "general help" privately, you will likely just get confused or sold a generic mappack.
Post a file and let's see what you have found so far.
