bmw hu -nbt evo hw 2.3 restrat not connect in e-sys

hello
bmw f30 hu nbt-evo customer update boot loader in e-sys and stuck at 18 percent
than future installer use and than after every second boot and not communication in e-sys
i try with e-sys flashing boot but failed error - hu_nbt2_0x63 not accessible cause could not be switched to parallel programming
try with e-sys transmitter force the unit into programming mode but not success
with AOBR cable also try with getway 169.254.199.99 but not connect success in e-sys
if i try with cmd ping it reply and connect well
i have v850 d70f3558 d-flash data
but if someone have pinout jumper it will help me
or if anyone have other solutions please help me
