When I want to delete the .jar file to replace it... I get a message telling me that the action is impossible because the file is open in “BOSCH Lock Service”...
Do you know how to disable “BOSCH Lock Service,” please?

Hello, thank you very much for the diagnostic tool!
I currently have a 2021 KTM Kapoho 2971 whose Bosch Gen4 motor has given up the ghost... Obviously, there is no warranty coverage... So I bought a new motor from 2wheelshop, but it is not configured. My shop was fine with configuring it, but in the end Bosch refused to do the configuration. Is it possible to find the configuration file and install it with this software? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for sharing. Tool and connection to my Cube Bosch Gen 2 Bike with Intuvia works just fine.
I wanted to use the tool to change my light Voltage setting from 6V to 12V.
Unfortunatelly just this setting is not available / editable (grey).
Any Ideas how this can be done?

how an i deactivate Bosch Lock Service
Bosch eBike Lock is tied to the drive unit and the paired display, and in the DiagnosticTool the activate/deactivate function sits under the anti-theft/Lock section for the drive unit — not in the general light/display config. In practice it's greyed out or refuses the write unless you're logged into the dealer portal with the authorized Bosch USB dongle connected, because enabling/disabling Lock is a security function gated behind dealer credentials and (normally) proof of ownership. That's by design, so the patched client alone won't expose it without that authorized access.
To say anything more specific about your setup, post:
- Drive unit generation and model (Gen 2 / Gen 4, e.g. CX, Active Line)
- Display/HMI (Intuvia, Kiox, Nyon) and whether Lock was originally enabled via the eBike Flow/app or at the dealer
- Exact tool behaviour — is the Lock option greyed out, missing, or throwing an error when you try to write?
- A screenshot of the Lock/anti-theft screen and your component SW versions
With the display and drive unit IDs it's easier to tell whether this is a dongle/portal gate or a component-pairing issue.
