excellent , thankyou very much

You are welcome! Glad you found it useful.

Just a heads up regarding Cat ET 2019C: make sure your Comm Adapter 3 (CA3) firmware is up to date. This version can be a little picky with older drivers, especially on Windows 10.

If you run into connection issues where it can't find the ECM, double-check your adapter settings here:

Code:
Utilities -> Preferences -> Modify -> Communications

Let us know if the installation goes smoothly!

installed no problem , thanks again

Great news! Thanks for the update.

Since it's a fresh install, I'd suggest running a Product Status Report (PSR) on the first machine you connect to. It's a good way to double-check that the reporting function is generating PDFs correctly, as sometimes the PDF printer settings can be a bit finicky on new setups.

Happy diagnosing!

thanks boss

No problem, boss! Glad I could help.

If you manage to find a newer version and need advice on installation or compatibility, don't hesitate to ask. Sometimes these newer versions have specific quirks with certain operating systems or adapters. Happy to share any insights we might have.

excellent , thankyou so much

You're very welcome!

Good luck with that loader. Just a quick tip for the DEF system once you get the right software version connected: keep an eye on the Aftertreatment Regeneration History and run the SCR System Functional Test if available.

Those are usually the best places to start when troubleshooting AdBlue/DEF quality or pump pressure issues on the newer Tier 4 machines. Let us know how you get on!
