Hi, looking for help with Delphi DCM6.2V VAG, SW 04L 906 056 SJ (MAN TGE 2021, 177PS DAVA, HW H01).
Need AdBlue OFF + EGR OFF — complete firmware removal, not DTC off. I have the original BIN (real read via KT200II bench, not VR) and can write it back myself.
A manually created solution would be preferred if possible — there seem to be some issues with automated patches on this SW version.
A few questions for whoever can help:
Does the AdBlue pump need to be physically disconnected after flashing?
EGR valve — blank off required or firmware only?
Should I reset SCR/NOX adaptations with VCDS before writing?
Any drive cycle or relearn needed afterwards?
