Decoding eeprom bin file.

Hello I'm Dan and I think I 've found the right place to get help. I've bitten off more than I can chew. I'm trying to get my grandson's 2017 VW Jetta to run. I have taken the cluster out and read the eeprom. I downloaded the bin file, but unable to decode it to get the CS and Pin numbers. Anyone want to help me with that?
