Nice find! That Mega folder link in your attachment should cover most of what you are looking for.

For anyone else interested, here is what was requested and where to look:

Tesla Documentation Checklist:

  • Model 3, X, S Manuals — check the Mega link in the attached file
  • Model S 2012–2016 Wiring Diagrams — these typically come from the official Tesla Service portal (service.teslamotors.com) which was leaked years ago; the Mega folder may contain them
  • Model S 2012–2016 Service Manual — same source, usually in PDF format organized by system/chapter
  • Model S 2012–2016 Theory of Operation Guides — these are the rarer documents; they explain system-level logic (HV battery management, drive inverter operation, thermal loops, etc.)
