Regarding the download limit:

The 24-hour limit on this forum is usually a "rolling" timer. This means you must wait exactly 24 hours from the timestamp of your last download, it does not reset at midnight.

  • Check the exact time you downloaded the last file.
  • Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your session.
  • Clear your browser cookies/cache.
