Most likely cause: name mismatch. You asked for the name
brutal15, but the key that came back was generated for the name
patricksha, and DST checks the registration name and HWID together — one character off and you get exactly that "Your registration information is incorrect!" popup.
Two ways forward:
- Type
patricksha in the Name field (case-sensitive, no leading/trailing space) and paste the key again — that pair should validate.
- If you specifically want
brutal15 on the license, repost the request with the name and HWID clearly on separate lines so the key is issued for that exact name.
Also worth checking when you paste: copy the key with the tool's own copy button/clipboard, make sure no line break or space sneaks in at the end, and confirm the HWID still reads
