First thing to check before anything else: on the next two launches, compare the hardware code the program shows you against the one you posted (03392-F57EF-70680-EC1B4-F75FB-C2647-5B4E2-05540). If that string changes between starts, the saved key can never validate and the tool will keep asking — that's a machine-ID issue, not a storage issue, and a new key won't fix it.

If the code stays identical, then it's almost always a write-permission problem — these tools save the registration into an .ini/.dat/.lic file next to the executable or into a registry key, and if that write is blocked the details are simply lost on exit.

Things to try, in this order:

• Right-click the exe → Run as administrator, enter the name/key once, close the program normally (not via Task Manager), then reopen.
• Move the whole folder out of C:\Program Files / Program Files (x86) to something like C:\DST\ — virtualised writes under Program Files are a very common cause of this.
• Add the folder to your antivirus/Defender exclusions. Real-time scanners frequently delete or quarantine the license file the moment it is created, which looks exactly like "it doesn't remember".
• After registering, look in the program folder for a newly created small file. If nothing is created there, check HKCU\Software\ for a matching key. That tells you which storage it uses and whether the write is actually happening.

Note: I can't confirm from here which storage method version 4.0 uses — that part is general guidance for this class of tool, not verified behaviour of this build.

To narrow it down, post: your Windows version and build, the exact path you installed to, whether you launch as admin, which AV you run, and whether the hardware code is the same on every start.

Before asking for another key, please rule out the entry side — the key you were given is tied to both the exact registration name and that exact ID, so a single character difference makes it fail with the same "invalid" message.

Check these in order:

• Registration name must be typed exactly as AMINE37 — same capitalisation, no leading/trailing space. If you entered "amine37" or "Amine37", it will not validate.
• Copy/paste the key rather than typing it. It contains + and = characters and easily confused ones (l / 1, O / 0, I / i). When pasting, make sure no line break or space is picked up from the forum post, and that all 28 groups are present.
• Confirm the ID shown in the registration window at that moment is still exactly D5342-F579A-EEBA6-64893-E7BFD-32149-095BE-5071C. You said it is unchanged — just verify it once more in the window itself, not from memory.

Understood — if the paste is clean and the name is exactly AMINE37, then the entry side is ruled out and we need to see what the program itself is reporting.

Two things are still unverified from here:

• The ID currently shown in the registration window. The key was generated against D5342-F579A-EEBA6-64893-E7BFD-32149-095BE-5071C. If that window now shows even one different character, the key can never validate. Open the registration screen and read it off the screen, not from your earlier post.
• The build you are running. A 4.0 key will not take on an older or rерас*** version — check the title bar or About box.

Also worth one quick test: paste the key into Notepad first, confirm it is one continuous line with 28 groups and no trailing space, then copy it from Notepad into the field. Forum quotes sometimes carry an invisible line break.
