Important note for anyone downloading: Pay close attention to the interface requirement mentioned in the post.
ATTENTION THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT OPEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE INTERFACE!!!

This software specifically requires adapters with the STN chip (like OBDLink SX/EX or ELS27). Standard cheap ELM327 clones (even v1.5) will likely not work or could be dangerous when attempting critical operations like UCH Cleaner or Key programming.

In theory, Vlinker adapters (especially the MC+ or FD+ series) should work, as they are designed to emulate the instruction set of STN chips, which is what this software requires.

However, keep a couple of important recommendations in mind:

  • For critical operations such as key programming, airbag clearing or ECU writing, it is highly recommended to use a USB cable interface (such as the Vlinker FS or the original OBDLink SX).
  • Using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi carries the risk of interference or momentary disconnections. If the connection drops while you are writing to a module's memory, you could render it unusable (bricked).

If you only plan to use it for diagnostics and parameter reading, the wireless Vlinker should work, but for this tool's advanced functions, a cable is much safer.

Just a reminder as you start using it: make sure your interface is fully compatible (STN chip based like OBDLink or vLinker FS) before attempting any advanced functions like key programming or UCH cleaning, as standard ELM327 clones might not work correctly.
