Hi, Im getting error: smartkey.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.... and also error at initialization of bundled DLL: smartkey.dll. Im running windows 10

hello! exactly what version is it? is it somehow version 1.61???and another question! are all the drivers (43k)???? I ask because I have version 1.61 from ecm titanium (18k) and I'm curious if it's worth downloading and upgrading to this version! thank you very much in advance!
