Ah, I see the confusion! I just double-checked the release notes in the main post. It explicitly states: "This is the official software installer. A valid liсеnsе or activation from EVC may be required for full functionality."
So the link is perfectly fine, it's just not a сrаскed release. I usually keep these clean official installers around for my own setups when I'm working with genuine EVC hardware, or if I already have a private loader that just needs the base update.
If you are looking for a fully unlосkеd version with all the checksum plugins working for free, you won't find it in this specific thread. You'll need to use the forum search button and look for a dedicated сrаскed release (like the older 4.51 or 4.71 versions which are fully patched and floating around the forum).
Don't stress, just grab one of the patched versions from the software section if you don't have an official liсеnsе!
