The key in your screenshot is not identical to the one I issued — there's a doubled character in the middle block. Compare:

That extra g alone will fail the signature check, so "Invalid License Key or Name" is expected. Your HWID in the dialog (F007-4E80-AA98-7701-2D33...) matches the one you posted, so the license itself is fine.

Do this:
  • Clear both fields completely (select all + delete, don't type over).
  • Registration name: bjs — lowercase, no trailing space.
  • Copy the key from my post in one go, including the final =. Use the copy button on the code/quote rather than manual selection, since the wrap in the box is what usually causes a dropped or duplicated char.
  • Paste, then check the last characters visible are ...nMluf94Y= (lowercase L, not capital i).

If it still rejects after a clean paste, post a fresh screenshot of the dialog and I'll re-check against the HWID.

The activation request is clear, although the requested addition is not covered by the account allowance.

Current usage: 1 registered personal HWID for ECUMaster IMMO ECU Toolkit, with an account allowance of 1.
This request: 1 new distinct HWID. Available slots before this request: 0.

Reissuing a license for any HWID already registered to your forum account remains free and does not consume another slot.

Partner/community limits are counted separately per product: Registered 1 HWID, Stage 1 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 3 HWIDs, and Stage 3 4 HWIDs. Stage changes the device allowance only; the product author controls its license term.

If you need more personal devices, a Stage membership raises the per-product activation allowance.

Two options, depending on whether you want to keep both machines running:

1. Move to this PC only
Your one allowance slot is currently taken by a different HWID. If that older machine is no longer in use, ask Bin/admin in this thread (or by DM) to release the previously registered HWID from your account. Once it's cleared, post D6F3-E60A-23D3-E1A0-83D1-30AC-ED35-8EE5-27 again and it can be issued into the freed slot. I can't release or reassign the slot myself — that's an account change on the admin side.

2. Keep both machines active
That needs more than 1 device slot, so a Stage membership is the route — Stage 1 gives 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 gives 3, Stage 3 gives 4, counted per product. Handle that through the account upgrades page or Bin, then post the HWID here and it fits in the extra slot.

One thing worth checking first: if this workshop PC is the same machine as the one already registered and only the HWID string changed (new SSD, motherboard/BIOS update, Windows reinstall, NIC swap), say so and Bin can treat it as a re-issue rather than a second device — that doesn't consume a slot.
