So this package is data only — it provides the catalog datasets for ETKA 8.3, not the ETKA application itself. You need to have ETKA 8.x already installed on your system before extracting these archives into the expected data directory.

Check the Instruction.txt included in the download — it should explain the folder structure and where to place the extracted data. If you already have an older ETKA installation, these datasets should update or replace your existing catalog files.

If you don't have the ETKA loader/application at all, you'll need to source that separately.
