What Does It Do? (Key Functions)#
- Module Reprogramming & Flashing: Downloads and flashes official OEM software and calibration updates to powertrain, transmission, and emissions-related modules.
- Recall & TSB Compliance: Installs factory updates required to resolve drivability issues, performance glitches, or official manufacturer recalls.
- Module Replacement Configuration: Programs blank or newly replaced replacement modules so they properly sync with the vehicle's VIN, security system (SKIM/SENTRY), and network architecture.
- Automatic Calibration Delivery: Through the modern cloud-connected wiTECH 2.0 J2534 interface, applicable flash files are automatically pulled from FCA servers based on the connected vehicle's VIN.
