Thank you. work perfectly, but some files and instructions missing. I was able to figure it out. Hope it helps others:

• Install JRE.exe
• Install t2winstall.exe
• From GDS2 UPDATE 2025\JavaBackups\14.0.00000, Install GDS2JavaInstall.exe
• From GDS2 UPDATE 2025\RuntimeBackups\22.7.01500, Install GDS2Install.exe
• From GDS2 UPDATE 2025\DataBackups, Copy deliverable_GM Global v2025.03.24.zip to C:\ProgramData\GDS 2\PersistentData\Downloads\DataBackups\ (Note copy and paste the zip archive without extracting)
• Extract deliverable_GM Global v2025.03.24.zip to your desktop and copy deliverable_GM Global v2025.03.24.xml to C:\ProgramData\GDS 2\PersistentData\Downloads\Deliverables\
• Copy GDS2JavaInstall.exe from GDS2 UPDATE 2025\JavaBackups to to C:\ProgramData\GDS 2\PersistentData\Downloads\JavaBackups\

• From Desktop, start GDS2, Choose English Language, Choose one of the diagnostic packages. Note it will show Global, which includes NA cars, Click on install. GDS will restart and ready for use

I don’t have the GDS2Key.exe

same here, never made this software to work, already try tons of options on different softwares

When you connect TechLine SPS2 online, GM's servers push automatic updates to your installation — including liсеnsе validation. This overwrites your local offline setup and invalidates the kеуgеn-generated lease file (infiniteLease.dat).
