I think they are using URL injection to circumvent the change of language, but the old URL still works if typed manually.

Yes, that happens because if you accept the license, the page no longer breaks on the next login — at least until someone logs in and selects a different language.

I can log in but I can't change the language, I would like Estonian, or worse, English, I understand that too, but it's only Polish and nothing else. Can I change the language and how?

On the server side, this license is in Polish, so you can change it manually every time you open the browser. Every time you open it, it defaults to Polish. :(
