What does this error mean

Hi Rayray, this message is SDD telling you the files for the TCCM download aren't on the laptop, so it won't start the software download.

What the log shows
  • SDD found that the selected test needs a software download and worked out which part the TCCM needs ("Resolving parts for TCCMSYSTEMA module", then "Successfully resolved part").
  • It then checked the laptop for the actual files and found some missing. That's the last line: "There are still files missing from the tester for resolved parts. The software download associated with these parts will not be conducted if these files are missing."
  • This is a local check, so it's not a car, VCI or wiring fault. It matches what you found earlier, with nothing in the VBF folder for the TCCM calibration.

What I can't confirm
This screenshot doesn't show the part number, so I can't tell from it that the missing file is NNB501060. It's the most likely one, going by your earlier screenshots. I also can't tell whether your SDD 163 will accept a file from the 168/169 pack. Inference only: the fact that SDD resolved the part suggests its database already knows that calibration, which is a good sign, but it doesn't prove a copied file will be accepted.

Next step
The fix is to get the missing file onto the laptop:
  • Search the calibration pack from this thread for NNB501060*, with the wildcard, since there may be a revision suffix.
  • If it's there, copy it into the same folder as the other VBF/calibration files, then close SDD completely, reopen it and run the TCCM routine again.
  • If it isn't in the pack, there is no offline way to complete this from the thread.

Let me know whether the search found the file and what the exact filename is. If you copy it in and get the same message, post a fresh screenshot and we can see whether it's still the same missing file.
