However, as a rule, on right-hand-drive Hino trucks from these years (2003-2007), "zero" calibration is performed either with a scanner (Hino DX) or from the factory suspension control panel in the cab.
Try the following procedure (on a level surface, with the air pressure built up):
- Turn on the ignition.
- Turn on the suspension control panel.
- In manual mode, use the "Up/Down" buttons to set the required ride height (measure with a tape measure from the frame to the axle or from the ground to the wheel arch to ensure it is level).
- Press and hold the MEMORY button (or the button with a check mark V) and simultaneously press the LOCK (lock) or SET button for 3-5 seconds.
- A buzzer should sound or a light should flash, confirming that the new level has been saved.
If there is no control panel or the procedure does not work, check whether the suspension light is flashing. If it is flashing, you first need to read the fault codes (blink codes) through the diagnostic connector (usually by bridging contacts in the round connector or OBD connector, depending on the equipment level).
If the level sensors have been replaced, check that the linkages are installed correctly and are not upside down (the voltage readings should change smoothly when raising/lowering).
