The rear O₂ readings in OpenDiag do not mean that E2 is not working: live data remains visible, and E2 disables both rear sensors.
Try the completely reworked version.

Hello! You'll experience the same issue even with the stock ECU calibration, so modifying the ECU software won't help here. You need to investigate the engine's hardware and related components.
In the second version I've attached, the ignition timing, fueling, and AVCS settings remain completely stock up to 2,800 RPM.
