MAN WIS is a solid offline reference for anyone working on MAN trucks and buses — covers everything from engine teardown procedures to full electrical wiring diagrams, which is especially useful for older fleets where dealer tool access isn't always practical.

A few notes for anyone setting this up:

• ISO mounting — on Windows 10 you can just double-click the .iso, no need for third-party tools like Daemon Tools. Windows 7 and XP users will need a virtual drive utility.
• The "Fix" — this patches out the server/license check so it runs standalone. Apply it after the main install, not before.
• Coverage cutoff — database goes up to 01.2015 production, so TGX/TGS Euro 6 early models are included, but anything post-facelift (2016+) won't be there.
• Navigation tip — use the engine code or chassis number prefix to narrow down results quickly rather than browsing the full tree. The wiring diagram section is separate from the mechanical repair procedures, so check both branches.

If anyone has issues with the installer hanging or the app not launching after applying the fix, mention your OS version and whether you're running it as administrator — those are the two most common causes.
