What the log actually shows
Two things stand out from the screenshot #9102:
So the fact that you raised manifold max to 3000 hPa abs doesn't change anything if the value is being truncated or never indexed above 255. Fact from the evidence: it plateaus exactly at 255. Inference on my side: it's a scaling/axis limit, not a mechanical limitation of the turbo — worth confirming against the tables before touching hardware.
One honest caveat: the 4 MB
What I need to narrow it down
If you can drop the MAP sensor part number or its pressure range too, that settles the 255 question in one line — a 2.5 bar sensor will never read 3000 hPa no matter what the calibration says.
Two things stand out from the screenshot #9102:
- MAP rises cleanly and then sits dead flat at 255 kPa abs while RPM keeps climbing to 4683 — that flat top is a clamp, not a flow limit. A real turbo/airflow wall gives a soft approach and a small ripple; this is a hard ceiling.
- 255 = 0xFF in a single byte. That is the classic signature of an 8-bit pressure field — either the MAP axis last breakpoint, the limiter table top row, or the sensor linearisation/scaling word — capping at 255 kPa regardless of what you type in the "max boost" scalar.

111.bin did not parse on my end, so I have not verified any of this in your actual calibration. Nothing above is a check I ran on your file. What I need to narrow it down
- Vehicle / year / engine, and ECU type with HW and SW IDs (the 4 MB size doesn't match the usual raw dumps for most of these — could be an encrypted or truncated read)
- Which definition/XML you're working with, and whether its MAP axis or the boost limiter is defined as 8-bit
- How MAP is being logged — raw sensor voltage/raw ADC, or a modelled/calculated boost PID? A capped sensor output looks identical to a capped table on a graph
- Turbo actuator type (pneumatic wastegate, electronic, VNT) and whether there are any DTCs, especially underboost/overboost
- Whether the bin can be supplied raw/unpacked, plus the modified map list — a few names is enough, I don't need the whole tune
