Hello, I'm new here. I'm starting out in this world. I live in Cuba, so I don't have money to pay for the program. It would help me a lot if someone sent it to me. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately nobody here can send you INSITE — it's licensed software tied to a Cummins account and hardware, and sharing cracked copies isn't something this forum supports.

The good news is that for a lot of what beginners actually need, you don't need a full INSITE license:

  • Guidanz Mobile (Cummins' own app, Android/iOS) — free for reading and clearing fault codes, ECM info and basic snapshot data. Some extra functions are pay-per-use, but diagnostics of codes is free.
  • INSITE Lite — Cummins has historically offered a free entry tier with read-only fault code and ECM data access. Worth checking with your regional Cummins distributor whether it's still available, since the tiers change.
  • Generic J1939/J1708 scan tools — for fault codes and live data on most electronic Cummins engines, a cheap adapter plus generic heavy-duty software will get you a long way. It won't do parameter changes, calibration downloads or trip/audit data — that's where INSITE becomes mandatory.

What you will need in every case is a datalink adapter. INLINE 7 is the official one; the clones on the market are hit-or-miss with driver signing and firmware, and a bad adapter causes more "software doesn't work" reports than the software itself.

To point you somewhere more specific, tell us:

  • Engine family and year (ISX, ISB, ISC, QSB, X15, etc.) and the vehicle it's in
  • What you actually need to do — just read/clear codes, or parameter changes, injector trim codes, calibration flashing?
  • What adapter you have or can get

If it's only fault codes and live data, we can get you working today with free tools. If you need programming, then licensing through your local Cummins distributor is really the only path.
