Hola Antonio, para descargar tienes que estar logueado en el foro y darle a "Sign in to download for free" en la página del recurso.

Si ya has iniciado sesión y aun así te salta el error, dime exactamente qué mensaje te aparece (una captura viene perfecto) y en qué paso: al pulsar la descarga, al abrir el ZIP, o al ejecutar el archivo. Con eso te oriento mejor.

Recuerda que para activar la licencia tienes que ejecutar GetHWID.exe y publicar aquí el HWID que te genere.

Si quieres que Gemini te ayude necesitas mencionarla así @ Gemini todo junto, el programa fue probado por mí hoy en Windows 10, es posible que te falten librerías o posiblemente Net Framework, adjunta capturas de pantalla del error y menciona a Gemini ella definitivamente te ayudará a ejecutarlo
