SW/HW To read Mini Cooper S F56 B48 Engine

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and I'm really happy to see that there are many other enthusiasts like me.
I have a Mini Cooper S F56 which has the B48 2.0 Petrol engine.
I'd like to tune it to stage 1 or stage 2 with a remap, but I wanted to ask if anyone here knows any good tool to read the original file and also write the tuned file with.
I know about Flex, Autotuner and many other tuning softwares but they're quite expensive and buying them just for my car doesn't seem reasonable.
Does anyone here know any tool which i can read and write at my own will my own maps with? I'd happily pay around 100-200 euros. Thank you in advance!

I do have the ENET Cable already. So with this tool I can read and write at my own will any time I want, I just need to buy the tool, correct? Also, do you know if i need to unlock my ECU first? I guess that tool does that aswell as per my reading. Once again, thank you so much for your quick helping.

Yep, exactly. Since you already have the ENET cable, you just need the Quickflash license and then you can flash the car whenever you want.

For the unlock, Quickflash can do it through OBD on most MEVD17.2.3 ECUs. Only some newer software versions need a bench unlock first.

Thank you so so much! You've been a great help. Another question, are you able to convert BMW software from Korean to Europe? For example, NBT Evo id4 Korean to Europe ( for the id4 im sure you need to flash it to id6 first then convert to europe ) and so on other ID5, ID6 conversions etc. If so, I'd happily pay you for the method aswell.
