Throttle Motor_Lotus Emira 2024 V6

Hello everyone, I opened the ECU casing, but I wasn't aware that the manufacturer had secured the internal PCB to the bottom half of the case using nuts and bolts. As a result, the PCB developed a small crack right where it was bolted down, which caused a loss of signal. We repaired that section and resoldered it; we also verified the signals, and everything checked out. Now, we’ve reinstalled the ECU in the vehicle. When we start the engine and press the accelerator pedal all the way down, the engine RPM only goes up to 1,500, and the engine won't rev any higher. Today, we applied power directly to the throttle motor, and the electronic throttle body opened and closed as expected. However, no power is reaching the throttle motor via the blue and red wires when the accelerator pedal is pressed, so the electronic throttle body doesn't open or close. I’ve been dealing with this issue for three weeks now, and I’m truly exhausted. Please help!
