Can you describe exactly what happens step by step?

• Are you clicking a button inside the tool that redirects you to the website instead of performing the action?
• Which version of TunerPad are you running?
• Did you successfully activate it with a liсеnsе code, or is it still in unactivated/trial mode?

It sounds like the tool might not be properly activated yet — some tools redirect to the website when the liсеnsе isn't validated. If that's the case, it ties back to your earlier email/activation issue.
