VAG EEPROM Programmer v1.18p is a well-known utility for working with EEPROM data from a variety of control units in Volkswagen Auto Group (VAG) vehicles. Brief changes from 1.18p to 1.20:
• Expanded dashboard EEPROM support (more VDO/Johnson Controls/Magneti Marelli clusters).
• Improved IMMO tools (Login/CS read stability, safer write with checksum validation).
• Fixes for Airbag module reading and ECU eeprom maps; fewer “FF only”/timeout errors on K-Line.
• Hex/ASCII viewer/editor enhancements and corrected mileage set routine on select clusters.
• Better compatibility with modern Windows (7/8/10/11) and USB-serial latency handling.

Try refreshing the page (Ctrl + F5). The download button is usually located at the top right of the resource overview page, separate from the discussion thread.

  • If the button is still greyed out or missing, check if you are logged in properly.
