W212 DTS MONACO 8.13 NOT WORKING

Hi, I’m trying to connect my 2011 Mercedes W212 to my PC using DTS Monaco 8.13, but I can’t establish a connection. I’ve tried both OpenPort and the C6 Connect interface, but neither works. Could someone please help me? Thank you very much!
