Thanks for sharing! This is definitely useful when dealing with files locked by other tuners.

Does this tool only handle the NO READ tag, or does it also attempt to fix the header structure if it was manipulated to prevent opening? Also, have you tested this on newer WinOLS versions (4.7+)?

Understood. If it attempts structure repair, that's a big plus compared to simple hex editors that just flip the NO READ tag.

Since it hasn't been tested on newer WinOLS versions, I'd recommend everyone run this in a sandbox or VM first to ensure it doesn't corrupt the file further. Always keep a backup of the original locked file before processing!
