It is recommended to delete the software and download it again.

For everyone’s information.

This is not my error and not an app error. There are already 122 SN registered in the database, but almost no feedback.

If you buy a TD2 or ED2 from AliExpress or eBay, just unpack it, register it in my APK and work. No adapter flashing is required.

You can also activate the free 1-year subscription in the official ThinkDiag app and use both apps in parallel without any problem.

But if you previously used XDIAG, DiagZone, ProDiag or another alternative server and flashed their modified firmware into the adapter, don’t expect it to work with the official app or with mine.

As I wrote in the first post, I did not modify any diagnostic brands. They are the original Launch packages.

With firmware from alternative servers, the adapter will fail the check on the first connection and the selected brand will disappear from the interface until the cache is cleared.

This is not only FIAT, as @samperform reported. It applies to any brand you try to open.

If your adapter was already flashed by XDIAG, DiagZone, ProDiag, etc., the only way back is to open the device and restore the original firmware through the programming pins with a programmer.

You will not return from those firmwares over the air.

I already tested the application with a new TD2 on a 2009 Ford Expedition, and it worked very well without any problems. However, more testing is needed on other, more complex models such as the Opel Corsa and Renault. For now, dpulinkmanager did not install; it sometimes shows an online connection error, but offline mode is OK. The connection is stable and fast, and the intelligent online connection is fast and works without problems. Local diagnostics by make work well. It will take time to test everything because it has many good and necessary options.

Anyone interested can now participate in testing the X-431 application for ThinkDiag 2 and Ediag Plus.

Registration​

On the login screen, select: New User Registration

Create a new account and register your compatible diagnostic adapter.

Requirements​

• Currently available only for adapters with serial numbers starting with 98843.
• Supported adapters: ThinkDiag 2 and Ediag Plus.
• The project is currently in testing, so errors, temporary limitations, or compatibility issues may occur.

Important Information​

All diagnostic vehicle brands are provided in their original form, without any internal modifications and with their original licenses.

No diagnostic brand files have been edited, patched, or modified.

All changes are made only around the X-431 infrastructure, server integration, interface, and application shell.

Diagnostic Brand Package​

The diagnostic brand package is currently almost complete.

A small number of rare, regional, and CSTM brands are still missing because there has not yet been enough time to locate and add them from other available sources.

These brands may be added gradually in future updates.

Hi. I learned about an app from a forum. I tried it; it's excellent and easy to use. I have a question: will the online features work in the future? I have a 2020 Santa Fe TM. The brake pad adjustment and diesel particulate filter regeneration don't work. These features only work with online features.

Tell me approximately when you tried to use the online features, I'll check the server logs to see the request to my x431 account and what it returned in that situation, there may be a problem somewhere which is why I created this thread to fix everything.

According to the logs, many testers discovered this and it's not a problem with my server, I found the issue in the application itself, please update from the interface to version 8.00.050 and repeat the online procedure and let me know how it went, thank you.

Online features worked after the update. Special features now work without any problems.
Smart diagnostics crashes to the main screen after launching. Could it be because your app is installed on my phone? Could you make the app display properly on the phone?

Intelligent diagnostics - did you download the correct version for it to work? And regarding the phone size, I don't understand - 5.9 and 6.5 inches work fine on both of my phones equally, it would be better to attach screenshots showing the problem

I found out that DiagZone uses AutoAuth SGW Access.

I checked the pricing, and it’s actually not that bad. At $120 per year, it’s quite reasonable to share the access across all of these brands:

• Nissan
• Infiniti

So this is definitely something we could consider integrating later on.
