Stage 1 calibration for Iveco Daily 2.8 D — prod H3PSWN25.HEX — adds mid-range torque, quicker spool and smoother drivability for heavy-duty routes.
The calibration introduces Stage 1 gains aimed at a broader, flatter torque curve for the 2.8 D Daily. DPF regeneration logic and EGR flow are fully disabled, lowering exhaust back-pressure and keeping the intake charge clean. Torque, boost and smoke limiters are rescaled with safe λ targets, ensuring the 6-speed manual clutch endures frequent stop-start or laden hill climbs. Cold-start enrichment, idle and part-throttle maps are refined so highway fuel economy remains stock, while boost arrives ~300 rpm earlier for brisk urban pull-aways.
