Kia Hyundai IMMO Off Studio — Discussion
This thread is for
license activation requests, installation help, compatibility reports, error reports, and user feedback.
KIA HYUNDAI IMMO OFF STUDIO supports Kia and Hyundai ECU dumps, including compatible
full FLASH, EEPROM, MPC, and FLASH BOOT READ files.
Depending on the selected ECU family, the package provides immobilizer-off processing and access to separate Bosch/Ultimo and L-Suite checksum correction utilities.
License activation
When you run the application for the first time, the registration window displays your personal hardware ID.
To request activation:
- Run KIA_HYUNDAI_IMMO_OFF_STUDIO.exe.
- Copy the complete HWID exactly as the application displays it.
- Reply to this discussion thread and provide your HWID in the following format:
- Wait for your personal activation key.
- Return to the registration window.
- Paste the supplied key into the activation field.
- Click Activate.
The activation key is generated specifically for the submitted HWID and will not work on another computer.
If activation fails, submit the HWID again together with a screenshot of the registration window and the exact error message.
Installation instructions
Extract the entire package directly to:
C:\KIA_HYUNDAI_IMMO_OFF_STUDIO\
The main application must be located at:
C:\KIA_HYUNDAI_IMMO_OFF_STUDIO\KIA_HYUNDAI_IMMO_OFF_STUDIO.exe
- Do not run the application directly from the ZIP archive.
- Do not create an additional duplicate folder level.
- Do not move the main executable separately.
- Keep the Dlls and L-Suite_1.03 checksum folders in their original locations.
- Keep kia-keyg**.dll, options.ini, a2.BIN, and ultimo.exe in the main folder.
For L-Suite checksum support, install the included runtime once:
C:\KIA_HYUNDAI_IMMO_OFF_STUDIO\L-Suite_1.03 checksum\vcredist_x86.exe
"File missing" error
If the application displays ""
File missing!, make sure that:
- The entire archive was extracted to the specified folder.
- The application is not being run from inside the archive.
- None of the included EXE, DLL, BIN, or INI files were moved or deleted.
- Your antivirus did not quarantine an included component.
Do not download replacement executables or DLL files from websites unrelated to this thread.
Checksum information
IMMO OFF processing does not automatically mean that the file checksum has been corrected.
When required, checksum correction must be performed separately with the included tools:
- Bosch / Ultimo checksum corrector
- L-Suite checksum corrector
Always keep the unmodified original file and save every processed result under a new file name.
Compatibility and error reports
When reporting a result or a problem, please include:
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- The exact ECU family selected in the application
- ECU hardware and software identification, when available
- File type: full FLASH, EEPROM, MPC, or FLASH BOOT read
- Exact file size in bytes
- Reading tool and method used
- Whether the file was accepted by the application
- Whether a processed file was created
- Checksum method applied, if applicable
- A screenshot and the complete error message
Do not publicly attach customer files containing confidential vehicle or immobilizer information unless a staff member specifically requests them.
Important file safety information
- Keep an untouched backup of every original ECU read.
- Use exactly the memory area required for the selected solution.
- Do not use a virtual read when a full FLASH, EEPROM, MPC, or boot-data read is required.
- Confirm the selected ECU family before processing.
- Verify the processed file and its checksum before programming.
- Do not overwrite the only available original file.
