Thanks for new key, but on physical installation it's the same result.
Activation screen filled with correct data:
After OK, the license windows obens again empty only with HWID:
Every time trying to start the program, it always shows only the license screen.
But in registry the license is set:
Is there any software preinstallation missing to get it work?
Or does the it do not activate, because of some other licenses in registry like hardware dongle PCMflash, etc?
Sorry for asking, but i do not get any step further and don't know how to get it run.

Thanks for the screenshots — they really help. I see two things that need to match:
In your first screenshot, the HWID in the license window is 2103-0512-3CE9-9F04-452C-312C-728D-8390-E1, and the key I gave you was generated specifically for this HWID (the Base64 contains "2103051239ce99f04452c312c728d8390e1" + "vkurwa"). The registration name and key are also correctly stored in the registry under
HKCU\SOFTWARE\ECUMaster\License. This means the values themselves match.If the app still starts with an empty field after clicking OK, this is typically not an incorrect key, but a Rechte-/Persistenz-Problem:
- Start ECUMaster explicitly once as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator). If you enter the key without administrator rights, some versions write it to HKCU but validate it at startup against a value they cannot lesen/schreiben without elevation.
- Check whether the registry values really remain preserved after closing the application. If a sandbox, cleaner, or permissions issue resets them, you get exactly the behavior you're seeing.
- The suspicion involving PCMflash/Dongle-Lizenzen is usually unfounded — they are stored under their own keys and do not interfere with ECUMaster.
To narrow this down conclusively, please tell me:
- exact version (the txt says ECUMasterV1.0.3 — does the .exe also run as 1.0.3?)
- are you already starting it as administrator?
- does the key remain in the registry after you have closed and restarted the app, or is it gone then?
In the screenshot with the Win10 HDD, the HWID matches the key — as long as the HWID remains the same at every startup, the key is valid.

Now it works. Until now, I had been using the installation. I downloaded the V1.03 from here again (the installed directory) and copied it into the program directory (the .exe file was slightly larger in size than the previously installed .exe). I then started the program as administrator and activated it, and it works now.

Glad it's working now! So that was exactly it—the older/smaller .exe didn't properly validate the key at startup, and the fresh 1.0.3 together with running it as administrator solved it. Good observation about the size difference between the .exe files; that confirms the suspicion.
