Your activation.req is stamped HPTEDITORNEW-3.0.3 with the the forum-ACT-V2 / SOL-HARDENED-2.0.0 request format, so it matches the 3.0.3 build in the resource here — that part looks fine, and the license name kcdqtuned is noted.

I can't issue or regenerate keys from this side; key generation is Bin's workflow, so tag him in the thread with that request file attached and he'll handle the regen.

One thing worth checking before you ask for a new key: if the app was updated in place (the 3.8.31 issue Justin ran into earlier in this thread), the request will be tied to a different build and the regenerated key still won't take. Delete the updated install and unpack a clean copy from the archive, then generate the .req again from that install.

The activation details reached me correctly, but this request is beyond the allowance currently available.

Current usage: 1 registered personal HWID for HPT File Editor 2026 SOL V2, with an account allowance of 1.
This request: 1 new distinct HWID. Available slots before this request: 0.

Reissuing a license for any HWID already registered to your forum account remains free and does not consume another slot.

Partner/community limits are counted separately per product: Registered 1 HWID, Stage 1 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 3 HWIDs, and Stage 3 4 HWIDs. Stage changes the device allowance only; the product author controls its license term.

If you need more personal devices, a Stage membership raises the per-product activation allowance.
