This bundle includes Allison TCM Reflash (TRF) setup archives and a calibration data pack intended for service-level work on Allison transmission controllers. The interface shown in the screenshots provides access to TCM identification, calibration handling, programming actions, controller selection, and multiple dump and logging utilities.

The bundle includes an LCT folder with df9.s2 — that file directly matches your program level DF9. That's the calibration file you need for this TCM. If you haven't extracted it yet, check inside the LCT subfolder of the calibration pack.

Regarding the missing utility files

Both APPANDCALUTILITY.FIL and ERASEAPP_UTILITY.FIL should be present in the root of the calibration files pack. Specifically:

This is a TRF installation issue — make sure the codelist.txt and status.txt files are in the TRF program directory. If they're missing, reinstall from the TRF 6.3 setup archive.

Also note: P0732 = Gear 2 Incorrect Ratio, P0880 = TCM Power Input Signal — both show as inactive (N), so they're historical codes, not currently active.

What exactly are you trying to do — just recalibrate, or full reprogram the TCM? That will determine which utility files you actually need.

• Vehicle/TCM: confirm the TCM application family (your log shows LCT / Allison 1000, DF9) and provide the exact TCM part number (from the label/software header).
• What tool are you using (TRF/TSI/Allison DOC/FCA, etc.) and which interface (J2534, K-line/HS, native PC-CAN, etc.)?
• Do you have the flash/program folder for this TCM already (the .bin/.s2/.hex + the exact calibration set), or are you starting from scratch?

• For LCT controllers, the correct “appendcal” utility is typically named like APPANDCALUTILITY.FIL (some packs remove underscores).
• The “erase” utility should match the same generation/program level—so we must verify what erase utility exists in your extracted set (often it’s in a specific subfolder like LCT / Gen5 / DF9).

Regarding the 2 files you need

You are using Read/Write TCM (RW TCM), not TRF. These are two different tools and they use different FIL utilities.

Good news: The calibration files package already contains the appropriate files for your Gen4 MY09+:

• Instead of APPANDCALUTILITY.FIL → use file VCPSLOWFULLPROGV02.FIL (included in the MY09 folder and the root). This file performs a full program (app + cal) for Gen4 MY09+.
• Instead of ERASEAPPUTILITY.FIL → in RW TCM v15.217, the erase function is already available on the toolbar at the bottom (the "erase" button in the first screenshot you sent). You do not need a separate FIL file to erase — RW TCM handles erasing internally when you use "write prog+cal" or the "erase".

Flash procedure for a Gen4 MY09+ TCM with RW TCM
