This update is intended for NBT EVO generation multimedia systems, which were widely installed in BMW vehicles from 2015 to 2019/2020.
MULTIMEDIA (HEAD UNIT) TYPE:
ATTENTION:
EVO series maps are incompatible with older NBT systems (they require NEXT maps), CIC (PREMIUM maps), basic EntryNav2 systems (WAY maps), and newer generations of MGU (LIVE and JOY maps).
SUPPORTED BMW MODELS:
NBT EVO and EVO maps were installed as standard on the following models (approximately from 2015-2016 to 2019-2020, before the transition to MGU):

- Hardware: NBT EVO (including ID4, ID5, and ID6 interfaces). Typically, this is the Navigation System Professional (option S609A) with a widescreen display.
- Operating system version: iDrive 4, iDrive 5, and iDrive 6.

- 2 Series: F22, F23, F87 (M2)
- 3 Series: F30, F31, F34 (GT), F80 (M3)
- 4 Series: F32, F33, F36 (Gran Coupe), F82/F83 (M4)
- 5 Series: G30, G31, F90 (M5) — early models before 2019
- 6 Series: F06, F12, F13, G32 (GT) — before 2019
- 7 Series: G11, G12 — until 2019
- X1 / X2: F48 / F39 (in top Navigation Plus trim levels)
- X3/X4: F25, F26 (late models), G01, G02 (early models until 2019)
- X5/X6: F15, F85, F16, F86
- i-series: i3 (I01), i8 (I12)
