Cas 3 malfunction

good morning , i'm new user for this forum..

i'm a technician in the automotive repair assistance


i have a cas3 , the key is recognized and ELV is operating, but i non have ignition and vehicle don't start.
with specific tool i repaired the eeprom file (attached file "eeprom ok") and i have removed the ELV from original FLASH file (attached file "flashELV")

can you check this files if is all correct and the problem i have removed ...? i am beginner ..
