Two things worth ruling out while you wait

Run DST with Run as administrator. On Win7 x64 the tool writes its registration data to a protected location; without elevation the write silently fails and you can get a rejection even with a valid pair. Right-click the exe, Run as administrator, then register.
Check the Name field for a trailing space. In your screenshot it looks clean, but a space after "JuanRoma" is invisible and breaks validation. Click into the field, press End, and confirm the caret sits immediately after the "a".

If it still fails after the reissue while running elevated, say so and post a fresh screenshot of the HWID field — at that point I'd want to confirm the HWID isn't shifting between launches (that happens on some setups where the ID is derived from a volume or adapter that changes).
